Comprehensive online help

Two links on the Site Management System home page lead to help pages: About the SMS gives an overview of the system; Home page HELP provides detailed instructions on all the functions available from the home page; Latest news keeps users up-to-date with SMS developments. We have also written our own comprehensive help text for the Editize web page editor, accessed via a link above the editor window.

Dedicated mobile phone

You are welcome to call 07746 648993 at any time if you need help with the management of your site, and we will happily talk you through any task which you are finding difficult.

Email support

Alternatively, you can use the Support/suggestion form to send your query by email. We use BlackBerry handheld technology to ensure that all email messages are dealt with immediately. Every email sent via the form also sends a text alert to the mobile phone.

Support guarantee

If we fail to answer the phone, or to respond to an email within one working day (we are normally much quicker than that), we will extend your current hosting period by one week.

Site Management Service

If you do not feel you have the time or the confidence to manage your own site, you can simply email your site update instructions to us using the Support/suggestion form. We will do the work for you and email you as soon as it is done. If you wish, we will quote you a firm price and wait for your approval before commencing work.

You can use this service on a ’mix-and-match’ basis, doing most of your own site managment but calling on us for anything specially difficult (but remember that you can get advice free under the support package).

This service is charged in 15-minute time-slices. The first 15 minutes of any request (which can include as many additions, changes and deletions as you like) is charged at £10, with any subsequent 15-minute slices at £7.50. Of course, as expert users of the system, we can do a great deal of work in just a few minutes!

Guarantee   We will either fulfil your request within one working day or contact you with a time estimate to be agreed with you. If we do not give you an estimate and fail to meet the one-day commitment but complete the work within three working days the charge will be reduced by 50%, and if we take longer than three working days there will be no charge
