Transferring your content and web address from another website

If your practice already has a website, we will make it as easy as we can for you to transfer your existing content and domain name to Sites4Doctors. We will make no extra charge for this, though your current hosting provider may charge you for the transfer of your domain name.

The Editize WYSIWYG (’What You See Is What You Get’) web-page editor makes it very easy to copy whole pages or parts of them from your old website to your new Sites4Doctors site. Simply display your old site in a separate window, drag with your mouse to select the text you want to copy and then paste into the Editize window. Provided your site has been created using ’sensible’ web technology, and not as an exercise in technical virtuosity, most of the styling, hyperlinks and other features should transfer easily.
