The Pages box is where you deal with the three types of Web content which you can manage in the Sites4Doctors package: pages, documents (which behave like pages) and pictures (which you insert into pages).

The New document link in the Pages box allows you to browse your local computer or network to find the document you want to upload to your website. Simply clicking a button sends the document straight into your chosen folder.

You can publish any kind of document that can be displayed in a web browser - Word, WordPerfect, Excel, PowerPoint can all be handled this way - and, along with web pages and PDF documents, can all be indexed by our powerful site search engine.

All documents look better on screen, and are more secure, if converted into PDF format. There is a link on the document upload form which enables practices which have not bought Adobe Acrobat to download a powerful free PDF converter and editor.
