Your practice visit

As part of the site set-up process, every practice is entitled to a half-day visit. The agenda for this is in the hands of the practice, but in general the visits cover three areas:

• Training on the Site Management System
• Discussion of the practice’s requirements for customisation of site design
  Includes changes to layout, colours, typefaces and text styling, the development of a practice logo and creation of a photo-montage for the page header - you can see some of the ways the look of a site can be changed by visiting Sites4Professionals and www.paul-marsden.com
• Professional-quality (6.3 megapixel) digital photography - we process the images and email them to the practice so it can use them for any purpose, and also install them as required on the practice site

We recommend that the visit is made later rather than earlier in the thee-month set-up period, to allow time for practices to identify areas to be addressed.

Additional visits

We are happy to pay return visits to practices, but unless these result from problems for which we accept responsibility a charge of £100 is made.
