GPAQ patient satisfaction survey

This is a complete online implementation by Sites4Professionals of the General Practice Assessment Questionnaire developed by the National Primary Care Research and Development Centre at The University of Manchester for the 2003 GP contract.

Responses are stored on the Sites4Professionals database server and can be retrieved for analysis by practices.

This is one of the site features that can be switched on and off as required by site editors
